Sa slabim sanatos!!

Nu sunt adepta unor diete drastice si consider ca daca mancam sanatos si facem multa miscare si kg vor disparea!Dar cum suntem in secolul vitezei si nu mai avem timp pentru nimic,cand mai facem miscare??
De exemplu atunci cand iesim la plimbare:sunt multe persoane care prefera comoditatea si se deplaseaza cu masinile.Ar putea renunta la ele si sa mearga pe jos!Poate rezultatele nu se vad imediat dar in timp ele se vor observa,si mai mult decat atat,te vei simti si mai bine psihic facand miscare  in aer liber.





Un alt mijloc de a ne mentine silueta este acela de a servi micul dejun.Nu putini sunt aceia care "sar" peste aceasta masa,sau o inlocuiesc doar cu o cafea sau 3in 1.Este cea mai mare greseala!!!!

Micul dejun este foarte important si este singura masa la care ne este permis sa mancam orice!!Sa zicem aproape orice,dar ma indoiesc ca ar manca cineva la ora 8-9 carne de porc sau alte mancaruri grase!!In rest avem voie o prajitura,sau ceva ceva,ceva mai consistent  pentru ca oricum pe parcursul zilei caloriile acumulate se vor arde!!


Iata ce alimente ne sunt permise si nu tin neaparat de vreo dieta anume,ci de un stil de viata sanatos:
 carne slaba (pui, curcan sau vitel) ; peste si fructe de mare ; oua ; branza degresata ; legume, precum castraveti, varza, broccoli, telina, ciuperci, conopida, spanac, mazare, fasole, dovlecei ; tofu (branza din soia) si condimente.

Bea  multa apa, ceaiuri  neindulcite si cafea in cantitati reduse.

In schimb,evita:mancarurile grase,prajelile,fainoasele in cantitati mari, alcool,produse de patiserie(mai sanatos si natural ar fi daca ai gati in casa dulciuri),orice mancare tip fast-food!!

Am gasit pe internet cateva mituri despre slabit:

Laptele ajuta la slabit


Calciul ajuta organismul sa arda grasimile mai repede, stimuland scaderea in greutate.Totusi, poti consuma produse lactate, dar opteaza pentru cele semi- degresate sau chiar degresate.

 

Preparatele din paste fainoase ingrasa


In realitate, carbohidratii in sine nu ingrasa, extra caloriile au acest efect, fie ca le mananci sub forma de carbohidrati, grasimi sau proteine. In plus, carbohidratii se gasesc in legume, fructe si cereale integrale, alimente care fac parte dintr-o dieta sanatoasa. Pe scurt, nu preparatele din paste fainoase ingrasa, ci cantitatea pe care o consumi iti pune in  pericol silueta.



Cafeaua te ajuta sa slabesti

 

Cofeina actioneaza ca un inhibitor al apetitului, accelerand metabolismul. Aceste efecte ale cofeinei sunt adevarate, insa ea nu are puterea de a determina organismul sa arda grasimile mult mai repede.
